Company Overview


 We manage residential freehold property as well as some of London’s most exclusive private communal gardens.  We are actively growing our portfolio and are looking for someone to join our residential management team at a senior level.  The role would ideally suit a qualified property manager who is looking to develop their career and further establish themselves within the industry.

Role overview


  • Engage with our clients at all levels
  • Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant legislation
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance works, carry out regular site surveys and prepare property inspection reports
  • Facilitate and attend freeholder meetings and AGMs, preparing any necessary paperwork and minutes
  • Prepare and issue service charge budgets and invoices
  • Facilitate and manage major works and Section 20 processes where required
  • Liaise with a range of contractors to arrange and monitor site access, ensuring work is carried out on time, to budget and on spec
  • Issuing of keys to communal gardens to residents 


Required Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum of three years' experience in Property Management
  • Educated to A-level, including GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems
