Our Team

Aaron Landeryou

I joined Westbourne Estates (as we were then) in September 2010 to further expand the business, particularly to help them develop their management of private communal gardens.  Since joining we have expanded this area of our portfolio from 3 to 19 gardens, and we are looking to grow further.  We started WBM in 2014 to enable us to continue to serve our clients.

When not working I am involved in conservation projects.

Qualifications: BSC Rural Estate Management (Royal Agricultural College), Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM)

Crispin Sampson-Bancroft

In January 2008 I came to Westbourne Estates (as we were then) to take over the management department, and over the following 6 years developed enough of a loyal client base to justify independence.

When we started Westbourne Block Management in July 2014 the primary focus was to continue providing our clients with a reliable and efficient service whilst always welcoming new challenges. This passion underlies the way we do things at WBM.

Outside of work I enjoy eventing and walking my dogs.

Qualifications: BA Law and Politics (Keele University), Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (AIRPM)

Oliver Sampson-Bancroft

I joined WBM in 2014 to to develop WBM as a business.  Our aim to provide efficient, responsive and flexible services means our systems need to be equally capable - which keeps me on my toes.  When I’m not working I can usually be found playing rugby or planning my next cycling route.

Qualifications: BA in Politics (Queen Mary University of London), National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NCGOHS), PRINCE2 Practitioner, CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting, Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (AIRPM)

Lynette Pearce

I joined WBM in October 2018.  Prior to this I worked in a large school as part of the main administration team.   My role at WBM has developed considerably and I look after our Residential property portfolio.

Salvatore Giorgio

I joined Westbourne Block Management in 2019 to help managing the day-to-day operations of our growing property portfolio.

I’m always eager to explore new opportunities to offer more value to our clients and cultivate trustworthy relationships. My hospitality background means I strive to solve problems and deliver solutions to keep high customer satisfaction.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I like to stay active and I cycle regularly, primarily to offset my love for cooking (and tasting) different types of cuisines.

Qualifications:  BA (Hons) Law, University of Catania, Italy, Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (AIRPM)

Mitzi Davidson

I joined WBM in January 2022.  Prior to this I worked as an office manager for a large foam converter- and have been involved in hospitality for many years.

My job here is to help with the day to day running of the office and to assist our clients as and when the need is required.    I strive to give the best client experience possible.

I am a very sociable person and in my spare time I like to cook for social gatherings and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

Ravi Kumar

Prior to coming to WBM, I worked at Grosvenor Estates for six years as an Estate Manager managing the Grosvenor Warden team and the public and private realm which includes around 50 provate mews roads. I then moved onto the property management team looking after the residential portfolio in Belgravia, managing grand buildings around Eaton Square and Belgrave Square and working closely with the gardens team.  Before I moved into property management, I worked at Westminster Council as a City Inspector for 9 years.

I enjoy cooking and gardening and try to grow fruit and vegetables with not much luck as the snails and slugs get to them before I do! I also enjoy being by the sea so try and escape London whenever I have a chance.
