The contractors will not have any access to keys to any flat.

 

If we do not consider the callout an emergency you will be held responsible for the costs.

 

 

Emergencies are defined as follows:

 

  • No heating and /or the boiler will not work.
  • A sink and/or bath is blocked and you have been unable to unblock them.
  • No electricity within the flat and you have checked the fuse box.  Tenants are responsible for changing any blown light bulbs within their flat.
